Philippians 4:13 (KJV) I can do all things thru Christ who strenghtens me........... Yea, even run your hands back in a hole and grab a giant catfish!!!
Barnes Guide Service offers a full service guided trip of a lifetime. If you ever wanted to grab some big cats now is your chance. You won't find a better guide service in the country that's more dedicated to getting you on some big cats and without all the foul languge you see on some of the tv shows we are a very kid friendly environment. My Main goal is to make sure your trip is the best you've ever had anywhere. Something that you can take back home and share the memories and show the pictures of you noodling, hogging, grabbing, handfishing, or whatever else you want to call it. Last season was a great success, on top of filming 2 shows one in Texas and one in Arkansas, we had clients that came from all across the U.S. that caught many fish in the 30-40 lb range, as you can see on the photos page. I've started booking for the 2013 season so don't wait until the last minute, I don't want to turn people away but the cats don't stay in the holes all year and I'm not going to book you unless I know the fish are there.
As you already know noodling is catching fish with your bare hands without the aid of stringers, hooks, traps, nets or anything else that'll give you the edge. Everything you need to catch a fish will be provided except the nerves and thats up to you! I will have a cooler with drinks, food, and snacks. So if you think this might be for you give us a call or send an email we'll get your spot reserved. The Arkansas Noodling season starts June 1st and runs thru October, however the best times to book will be June and July, although there are plenty of small blues still in the holes in August.
